This November, Relais & Chateaux welcomed Addison and Chef William Bradley as one of their esteemed Le Grands Chefs—placing Addison among the top four restaurants in the country with stellar company: French Laundry, Inn at Little Washington and Charlie Trotter’s.
Humbled by this recent achievement, Chef William Bradley explains, “I’m driven not by trends, but by purity of flavor. I’m very rooted in tradition and have a huge respect for the past and Mother Nature.”
Applying a wholly unique, innovative approach to contemporary French cuisine, Bradley thinks of himself not as an artist, but a craftsman honing his craft. Guests reap all the benefits of his work in three, four, seven or even ten, seasonally inspired courses.
No visit to Addison would be complete without the accompaniment of the perfect wines—culled from a prized 35,000-bottle collection. A consummate staff of accomplished sommeliers stands ready to assist with your decision, led by acclaimed Wine Director Jesse Rodriguez.
From famous, California top vintage cult wines to newly-discovered selections from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and South America to the most distinctive fine wines from France, Italy and Spain, Rodriguez’s goal is to offer a superb wine experience for every individual palate and drinking expectation.
Even off the plate, the views are incredible—oversized limestone fireplaces, ornate wooden furnishings, imported marble and a glass-encased wine cellar showcased in the center of the vaulted ceiling dining room. Guests may also host an evening at the Chef’s Table, rated by Forbes.com as one of the “Top 10 Chef’s Tables” in the country.
